Each year, the Christmas season invites us to slow down, lift our eyes, and look again at the Light that breaks into the darkness. Not the glow of decorations or the warm lights we hang in our homes—beautiful as those are—but the light Isaiah promised long before Jesus was born:

“The people walking in darkness have seen a great light.”
— Isaiah 9:2

That Light still shines.
And this devotional series is an invitation to see it, follow it, and let it illuminate your heart again.

✨ What Is Christmas Lights?

Christmas Lights is a journey through the Scriptures leading up to the birth of Jesus—stories of hope, waiting, promise, surprise, and redemption.

Each week we’ll look at how God brings His light into ordinary lives in extraordinary ways:

• Zechariah and Elizabeth

• Mary

• Joseph

• The Magi

• Simeon and Anna

• And finally… what it means for us to “walk in the light.”

My prayer is simple:
that you would sense God drawing near in a fresh and personal way this Christmas season.

📬 How the Devotional Will Arrive Each Week

To help you stay grounded and centered, the devotional will come to you in two parts:

1️⃣ Sunday — The Week’s Main Focus

Each Sunday you’ll receive the heart of the week:

• The Scripture passage

• A full devotional reflection

• A guiding theme for the days ahead

Think of it as the “big picture” for the week—something to sit with, pray through, and carry into your days.

2️⃣ Monday — All Six Daily Reflections (Mon–Sat)

Each Monday morning, you’ll receive one email containing the daily content for the entire week:

For each day (Monday through Saturday), you’ll receive:

• A short reflection

• A Scripture reading

• A prayer prompt

• A simple response step

You can move at your own pace.
Read one a day—or linger in a reflection longer.
No pressure. No guilt. Just nourishment for the journey.
